General rental conditions
The general rental conditions determine the rights and obligations between the lessor and the scooter user on the other side. The user of the services signs a scooter rental agreement, as well as a scooter condition form at the time of takeover, thereby accepting responsibility for complying with all rental terms and conditions.

Agreement
It contains all essential information about the user of the services, the location of pickup, date and time, scooter registration number, payment method… The lessor is obliged to certify the agreement with the company’s seal. In case the user wants to visit neighboring countries, they are obliged to inform the lessor who will issue a special permit for leaving the country. The agreement is valid until the user returns the scooter to the lessor at the agreed location and hands over the keys and documents. Do not throw away the agreement before the rental expires. In case of an accident, immediately inform the agency.

Scooter condition form
It is completed on the spot before taking over the scooter. The lessor and the user jointly establish the condition of the engine, as well as the equipment that comes with the scooter. The form contains the condition of km, the number of helmets, the amount of fuel, any damage, and defects on the scooter itself.

Price Lists
The scooter price list is an internal act of the lessor subject to change depending on the number of rental days, pickup and return locations, as well as the annual period. The amount of the deposit is defined depending on the engine capacity and brand of the scooter. The price includes VAT. Payment is in euros upon scooter pickup.
